We introduced a non refundable deposit policy to secure your appointments
Our policy is to take a deposit from our clients when securing a booking
This will be non refundable

If for any reason you cannot make your booking please let us know as soon as possible we may be able to move your appointment to a different date in which case we will be able to transfer your deposit in some cases however the deposit will not be able to be refunded should you wish cancel your appointment and not rebook
